HIRING PROCESS

  1. After you submit your application and/or resume we may contact you for a brief phone interview.  We may text you and/or call you to arrange this.

  2. If the phone interview goes well, we will ask you to come in for an in-person interview.

  3. If the in-person interview goes well, we will offer you an opportunity to ride along with one of our technicians to see if you like the job.

  4. If we both agree, we will move forward with on boarding you as a new employee.

  5. New employees are trained by books and field work until you receive your New Mexico Department of Agriculture Pesticide Technician License (1 to 3 months).  Book training will require studying on your own time, in addition to any paid study time. 

  6. Once training period is over you will start servicing our customers.
